Mr. MEAS Rasmey, a faculty member of College of Socail Sciences, specailization in history, politics, policy, laws, English, leadership, communication. He recieved his baschalar degree in history from Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) and Teaching English from Pannasastra University of Cambodia (PUC. He also recieved his master degree in Educational Administration from NENU, Chhang Chhun, Jilin, China and master degree in Public Administration from Royal Universsity of Law and Economic (RULE), Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Currently, he is a PhD student in Public Administration, University of Cambodia (UC).
